We would however be delighted to welcome you to view the whole range at 137 Upper street, Islington, London N1 1QP Ordering by email [email protected] Telephone ordering Telephone ordering can be undertaken by simply calling the boutique on + 44 (0) 207 354 8181, or alternatively you can fax us on + 44 (0) 207 254 2299. The boutique is open Monday � Saturday 10.30-6.30, Sunday 12noon �5pm. You can order with most major credit cards or by cheque. Delivery & availability Most orders will be sent out within 5 days but please allow 21 days for delivery to cover any eventuality. It is sometimes difficult to anticipate customer demand & occasionally items may be out of stock, we will give you an estimate of when stock is available (usually within 4-6 weeks). Please note that Postage & Packaging is not included. Product descriptions & prices Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, prices and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However whilst the printed colour reproduction is a close representation a slight variation in the actual colour of goods may occur especially in regards to handmade items. The individuality of the production process for handmade items means that the exact colour and size of some items may vary slightly from the description. Credit & exchanges We will gladly credit or exchange any product with which you are not satisfied with, provided you have a valid receipt & it is within 28 days of the goods being received.
